This guide provides for 6 readings per week, allowing a one day space of time each week to catch up or rest and meditate.
There is also a focus verse for each week that either comes from that particular week's Scripture reading or goes along with one of the themes being read for that week. The intent in providing this focus verse is for memorization and meditation.
